A water-based, silicone-free anti-spatter spray that is non-toxic and non-flammable, containing no harmful solvents that smoke or produce fumes in use. Applied to the weld area before welding, it prevents adhesion of spatter to surrounding surfaces and prolongs the life of contact tips and gas shrouds, without affecting weld porosity.
