Normal Opening Times: Monday: 8.30am – 4:30pm Tuesday: 8.30am – 4:30pm Wednesday: 8.30am – 4:30pm Thursday: 8.30am – 4:30pm Friday: 8.30am – 4:30pm Weekend – Closed Bank Holiday: Closed Coronavirus – Changes to service & Shipping information! Our trade counter is not practical for more than one customer to enter while maintaining social distancing. It is for this reason that we ask only one person enters the counter at a time. If there is a customer present, please wait outside or in your car until the customer leaves. This ensures everyone’s safety. We are regularly washing hands between customers and sanitising computers, pens, door handles, card terminals etc on a regular basis. Online orders are still being dispatched as normal although delivery lead times may be slightly longer. We appreciate it is challenging times for all, if you would rather not come into the counter, we can take payment over the phone and drop them into your vehicle. Demos and trials are not available during this time. Simply put, it is impractical. Sorry. Delivery times are currently slightly delayed while we are running at two thirds staffing. Please call us before placing an order for next day / premium service delivery. It may not be possible for us to dispatch the same day.

SHIPPING TO EUROPE At present we do not ship outside of the UK We aim to give you the best possible value for money when it comes to delivery service which is why we use a variety of carriers for the UK mainland. CARRIAGE PAID If you order over £50 +VAT then standard carriage is FREE. To keep our rates competitive we have the following pricing structure. Under £50 – £5.42 + VAT £50+ : FREE . You will be required to enter your postcode before carriage is selected – Highlands and Islands may be charged more.

We aim to deliver all products within 2-3 days but where stock is held at our suppliers shipping may take a day longer. Please allow upto 5 days for delivery, if you have not received delivery by this point we ask that you contact our customer services team. The above number of days is of course with regard to ‘working’ days and parcels are limited to 25kg each.

(there are some exceptions). If your order is placed and processed before 11:00am then we will be able send it out the same day. If not then it may be collected the following day.
